When you sign up to the VIP Club, we will automatically put your order on a monthly recurring order within the same club. All deliveries will arrive with you on the first Friday of the month (unless you advise us otherwise.

Our secure system will automatically take payment for the VIP club subscription each month on the 1st of the month. We do not hold, or have access to your payment details as these are secured securely by an external payment process provider.

You will receive order confirmations, dispatch notifications and estimated delivery timings via text and email from us and our logistics partners. You will have 'in flight options' you can choose from including: Leave in a safe place, Leave with a neighbour, Delivery on another day and more.
