This white, dry and lively on the palate, with lemony notes, seduces with its freshness and finesse. Aging in vats egg-shaped ceramics imparts a minerality out of common at the end of the mouth and allows to sublimate the Rolle, unique grape variety used for the production of this wine.

This wine has tremendous aging potential.
There are many characteristics in the aromas presented on the nose of this wine, including: liquorice, cloves and dried fruits.
The flavour is complex and generous, comprising of spices, and whose tannins will acquire a patina over time. Blend- 60% Syrah • 30% Cabernet Sauvignon • 10% Mourvèdre

2022 Font du Broc Rose - Gold medal winner - Elle A Table
The Château rosé with a gold, limpid and luminous color offers a fine and discreet nose with notes of raspberry, the palate presents a fresh, tangy attack with notes of red fruits. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, accompanied by tapenade and other tapas, with a chicken tagine with eggplant.
