Utilizing renewable energies thanks to a production of electricity within the cooperative cellar , thus producing, 45 % of energy with respectful and cultural practices, they have decided to turn towards renewable energies.

Destemmed grapes, maceration at regulated temperature, draining. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Breeding on fine lees for a few weeks. Separate vinification of the grape varieties then assembly before bottling.
Intense pink color. Nose mixing aromas of strawberries and red berries with a hint of violet.
Mouth: round,ample, delicately tangy. A very nice length on the finish. Food pairings: A real gourmet rosé, to discover without hesitation with lamb chops or tomato and ham bruschetta
